IPF Obowo Visits Imo Chief Of Staff, Hails Ihedioha

A non political organization known as Imo Progressive Forum (IPF) at the weekend paid a solidarity visit to the Chief of Staff to the Governor of Imo State, Barr Chris Okewulonu at his Owerri residence.

The State Cordinator, Chief Francis Umunna (Abadaba) who led the group to felicitated with the Chief of Staff, thanked the state Governor, Rt. Hon Emeka Ihedioha for the appointment of Barr Okewulonu.

According him, he thanked the Governor for enthrusting such an exalted and trusted position to the Chief Of Staff who has showed mastery, experience and astuteness in various capacities of his service.

In his comment, Hon Nze Augustus Ibe who was the spokesman of the group told the audience that they had come to celebrates with Chief Okewulonu who he said is standing tall among those that were standing.

He described the chief of staff as a great achiever who has written his name on gold, adding that history will always remember him for his antecedents.

In his response, the Chief of Staff, who was represented by Hon. Jasper Chukwuemeka, thanked the members of IPF, Obowo chapter for coming to felicitate with their own son who was recently appointed.

He further described the appointment of Barr Okewulonu as Chief of Staff as a gift from God, saying that for men alone, he may not have been chosen.

“As an astute admnistrator, His Exellency chosed him to assist him now that Imo state is on a rebuild mission.

“Since the governor is on the threashood of rebuilding Imo, the need for a man like Okewulonu, becomes paramount, because he has the capacity and integrity needed for the office of COS”, he exclaimed.
