However, a certificate of statutory declaration of age dated August 7, 1974 at then East Central State and sworn to on his behalf by one Wilfred Igwe as his father, as obtained by The Street Reporters Newspaper, revealed that Charles Igwe was born on August 23, 1955. not August 23, 1958.
